The Classic Mojito is a refreshing cocktail that’s sure to get you feeling springtime vibes. The drink got its name because the first documented appearance of the mojito was in Cuba, where it was created by bartender Jose Schneider as part of his Havana Club recipe.

The Classic Mojito uses rum and mint leaves to make a light and fruity mix, which you can pair with lime juice for a refreshing taste. The drink is also traditionally served in a highball glass and garnished with mint leaves and/or lime wedges, but you can try your own variations on these classic elements!
